Positive: The staff were very accommodating. They offered me a free upgrade to a room with a wonderful view of the mountains. The spa, with its pool, jacuzzi and sauna command a spectacular view of the valley and adjacent mountains.

Negative: The music during breakfast was a bit jarring.

Summary: Excellent location, clean facilities and accommodating staff. I would stay again.

Positive: The view from the room was beautiful and one of the highlights of our stay. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and they even gave us complimentary access to the spa and pool, which was a lovely bonus. The breakfast was also good with a nice variety.

Negative: We stayed on the 4th floor, and unfortunately the elevator was not working, which was quite inconvenient. In the morning, it was very noisy and I woke up because of the sound. Also, the hotel seemed to cater mostly to Israeli guests, as many of the signs were only in Hebrew, which made it less convenient for other international visitors.

Positive: It was okay for it price, the shuttle to the gondola is comfortable, the stuff was helpful enough.

Negative: The condition of my room showed a not good maintenance at all, the card holder is tricky to work, the toilet didn't work at the start but repaired fast. The condition of the out side in the balcony is pretty terrible with dangerous condition of ice on the wooden logs and part of the balcony floor was iced.
